Tropical Storm Mirinae brought severe flooding to parts of central Vietnam, killing at least 11 people, leaving two missing and forcing a number of families onto rooftops.

Officials say floods in Phu Yen province killed 10 people after the storm hit, drenching the region with heavy rains.
